PTCOA's Appointment Policies

Keeping Your Appointment with PTCOA
Due to high volume of patients needing appointments at our clinics, we have a wait time of up to three weeks for appointments. With this in mind, it’s important for our patients to provide us with notice if they need to cancel their appointments so we can provide care to others who are waiting to be seen.

In order to provide the highest quality care for each of our patients, we’re asking for all patients of PTCOA to keep their appointments unless it’s absolutely necessary to cancel.

Our Cancellation Policy

PTCOA is proud to provide a flexible cancellation policy for our patients. If you need to cancel your appointment at one of our clinics, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Feel free to reschedule your appointment for a date that works for you.

PTCOA's COVID-19 Safety Protocols

If you’re concerned about your safety and health when you visit a PTCOA clinic, we hear you, and we understand. That’s why we have instituted strict COVID-19 safety protocols in each of our 12 Arkansas locations.

Here are the procedures in place to protect our patients, staff and doctors from COVID-19:

  •
Every person in our clinic is required to wear a mask. Patients who do not have masks are provided with one upon entering our clinic.
  • Patients are not permitted to bring additional visitors with them to our clinics.
  • Patients are not permitted to bring children with them to our clinics.
  • Patients exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to reschedule their appointments.
  • PTCOA staff and doctors are committed to limiting physical contact with patients and each other in our clinics.
  • To limit the number of patients in our waiting rooms, we are asking that overflow patients wait in their cars until they are called to enter the clinic for their appointments.
  • All patients entering a PTCOA clinic may be asked to have their temperature taken before being admitted to the clinic.

As we provide pain management and other necessary care to our patients during COVID-19, please remember to provide us with at least 24 hours notice before canceling your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
