HISTORY

In August of 2014, Drs. Ronald Tilley and Meraj Siddiqui launched a project in Little Rock, Arkansas called Advanced Pain Treatment Associates (APTA). Their vision was to elevate the standard for pain management in Central Arkansas through skilled pain management interventions, high complexity lab testing services, and conservative medication management. APTA would later become Pain Treatment Centers of America (PTCOA) and expand to 16 locations across 3 states, adding Behavioral Health Services, Physical Therapy, Medical Spa Services, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics along the way. Through the compassion, commitment, and expertise of over 50 healthcare providers and hundreds of loyal and hard-working healthcare staff, PTCOA is realizing the vision of Drs. Tilley and Siddiqui and takes great pride in the positive impacts it is making on thousands of deserving patients in the region.
