Dr. Nate McLaughlin

Dr. Nathan McLaughlin is a board-certified physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and went on to complete a rigorous three-year residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. During his residency, he served as House Staff President and received extensive training in both hospital and critical care medicine.
Dr. McLaughlin began his career in Emergency Medicine, gaining valuable hands-on experience in acute care over a three-year period. For the past 16 years, he has focused exclusively on hospital medicine, where he has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical conditions. He also served as teaching faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program and was honored as Teaching Faculty of the Year in 2025.
Renowned for his clinical expertise, collaborative style, and dedication to high-quality inpatient care, Dr. McLaughlin remains actively involved in continuing education and medical innovation.
