Allen B. Yelverton, NP

Allen B. Yelverton, "Breland," grew up in Rolling Fork, Mississippi, and graduated from Sharkey Issaquena Academy. He then pursued a degree in Biology in 2005 from Delta State University (DSU.) Breland then graduated from DSU in 2007 with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While at DSU, he was a member of several pre-med societies. He practiced home health, hospice, and wound care nursing for over eight years. In 2015, Breland was accepted to Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner. Breland graduated from Harding University in 2018 with honors receiving his Masters of Nursing and becoming a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Breland believes in patient-centered care and enjoys working with patients of all ages. In his free time, Breland likes to hunt, fish, and spend time with family.
