Dr. Heather Whaley, an Arkansan from West Helena, moved to Little Rock to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Departing a career in nursing and medical sales, she attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a physician. Dr. Whaley completed her residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a member of the American Medical Association, Arkansas Medical Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Whaley is thankful for the opportunity to work with the talented team at PTCOA to alleviate pain and improve their patients’ quality of life. She is an avid Razorbacks fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
