Kara Hunter, APRN

Kara Krivanec Hunter is originally from Biloxi, Mississippi. She graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2019, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kara entered the nursing field as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse and over three years as an RN gained experience in Adult Intensive Care, Infusions, Pediatrics and General Medical-Surgical fields. In August 2022 Kara earned her master’s degree in nursing, with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner, from Texas Woman’s University. 

She currently resides in Glen Allan with her husband, Jason, and their two dogs Ginger and Duke. Kara is enjoying her new home in the Mississippi Delta and is excited to serve its community.
