Carly Hazzard Andrews is a native of Greenville, Mississippi. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2013 and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Carly graduated from Delta State University with honors in both programs. She has served as a primary care nurse practitioner since 2018 and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Carly enjoys treating patients across their lifespan and managing both acute and chronic conditions. Before working in family medicine, Carly served in pediatrics and emergency medicine. Carly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
